Minnesota Loons Select Lacrosse

College prep for graduated players. Training from June-August. Dont let you summer go to waste! Before you enter your college program in the fall get in some training. As a Freshmen most programs will be hard to walk right in and get playing time...especially if you expect to get it without a stick in your hand in the summer.

-Practices twice a week with coaching staff. Continuous work on skills and enable players to train off season and keep the stick in thier hands, master strengths, and strengthen weaknesses.

-1 game a week in local Homegrown Men`s league play

-2+ (no more than 3) practices a week at a central location in Twin Cities

-additonal local games

-Team gear, Jersey, shooter short, Shorts,

The first step to take is to fill out a "2012 Loons Recruit Form". Download it, fill it out, and email it back. Our staff will try to get the opportunity to watch you play, or follow up on some details listed in the form. We plan to have tryouts at some point in early 2012.

Brewtown Showdown June 22,23,24

The Brewtown Showdown is a multi-level lacrosse tournament that provides separate divisional play for Boys' U11, U13, U15, U17, U19, Girls' U19, Adult Men's & Womens' teams.
The Brewtown Showdown is also known as the Milwaukee Lacrosse Festival. This tournament is entering is twelth year and in traditional fashion is expanding by adding a U11 division.
The tournament will be playerd on the pristine field of Uihlein Soccer Complex. This is a wonderful tournament atmosphere with lacrosse outfitters, local concessions and food suppliers, competative game, fun times and awards for the victors.
We hope to see you and your teams this June.

Pipe City Lacrosse Festival: July 20,21,22

The U19 Black team will join our U15, U17 and Mens Club team in traveling to this "Dicks Sporting Goods" event outside of Chicago.

-Lodging provided

-All meals included (from lunch on Friday to Dinner on return Sunday)

-Shade Tent provided

-Team wil play 5-7 games

-All games will be filmed

-Water and Nourishment during game play provided

we are taking suggestions on tournament selection but leaning toward the Brewtown Showdown
