WHICH SESSION IS RIGHT FOR ME?
"Vs." Sessions
1/3 OFFENSE/DEFENSE specific work - 1/3 COMBINED SKILLS stickwork & agility - 1/3 1v1 reps
Our experienced staff will lead offense and defense in a series of drills that highlight dodging, footwork, speed, contact, deception, spacial awareness and concepts. Sessions will be capped to allow an equal amount of defense vs. offense athletes. Coaches will create practice plans consisting of O/D split that will incorporate footwork, skill, dodging and body position concepts and coaching elements prior to joining and going head to head in the "Vs." matchups. Defenders WILL NOT find a better training element than going up against a live target.
GAME CHANGER in the training world!
OFFENSE - GOALIE - FACE OFF
Sessions focus on no contact position specific training for offense. Focus on the skill set for any age. A great fit for a younger player to focus on learning without pressure against an opponent, but also a staple set of core fundamentals our college athletes train with when back from college! Breaking down the skill set, maintaining a fast pace with a ton of reps!
- Offense- Dodges, Shooting on the run, time and room, finishing, crease play with speed and accuracy. Passing with pressure, traffic, accuracy
- Goalies will focus on mechanics through repetition to build speed and efficient body movements. Lacrosse IQ as part of the practice plan, and counter movements will be the backbone of each training session.
- Face Off will focus on pure face off instruction, mechanics, and reps. The staff will lead players through a group format on specific skill sets as well as head to head format.

COACHING PHILOSOPHY
"We strive to push players out of their "Comfort Zone". Instill a sense of confidence in challenging scenarios."
- Geared towards helping the individual find their lacrosse identity. Helping athletes ultimate strengths and improve on weaknesses.
- We expose the players to a faster, more competitive game against talented and driven opponents.
- Geared towards proper mechanics, but also creativity in gameplay
- In practice and training we focus on max rep drills, skill/technique breakdowns, and decision making opportunities in game play scenarios.
- Our players are not role players, they are leaders.
- In a game setting this translates to a more confident, skilled, responsible player.
- Positive motivation with development = Fun
