- Activity continuing our professional education, knowledge of the game, and networking connections.
- Have attended over 100 NCAA institutions and members of the IMLCA, MSHSLCA, and youth organizations

- In practice and training we focus on max rep drills, skill/technique breakdowns, and decision making opportunities in game play scenarios.
- Our players are not role players, they are leaders.
- In a game setting this translates to a more confident, skilled, responsible player.
In the off season our staff travels out of the state to NCAA program across the country to continue our education and create vital networking contacts with college coaches. We create relationships, and help gain a better understanding of culture and the coaching staff for potential opportunities to our student athletes.

"Over the years I had the honor of working with some great student athletes of Minnesota! We have seen some of the states best, and most decorated lacrosse players on and off the field come through our program and move on to promising collegiate careers. With players attending college in numerous states and playing lacrosse at all competitive levels, we know these young men can find the right fit for them! Its thrilling to be apart of thier growth, and see them fix and achieve goals for college.
I had a great coach/mentor in my high school lacrosse coach, Kirk Foote. Coach Foote as mentor, made a massive impact on my life that carried off the field to more important issues in life. His guidance was felt, and still is to the day, as a role model I could only aspire to be. He made a genuine impact in my life that led me to pursue an opportunity to coach and work with student athletes who are exploring options for their future.
